SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for working with Fenix Firearms. Below are the important details on our shipping and return policies. This is our Domestic shipping policy (which is the only one we have as we don't ship internationally, sorry!).
SHIPPING POLICY
Firearms processing Time:
We attempt to process all orders within 3 business days from when we receive notification of your order or purchase. Processing time begins once you've completed payment for the item, selected your local FFL and we receive confirmation directly from them. Orders are not shipped or processed on Sundays or holidays.

Upon purchasing or "winning" a bid for a firearm auction; you must immediately contact your chosen local FFL and have them send a copy for their FFL by email to FenixFirearms@icloud.com. This must come directly from the FFL. We will verify with the prior to shipping your item.
Processing may delayed for Firearms shipments depending on the speed with which we receive confirmation from your local FFL. If we are unable to verify your chosen FFL's status we will contact you to select another FFL in your area. We are not responsible for any delays incurred due to processing or acquisition by your chosen FFL. Shipment may also be delayed for security checks including payment processing.
If there is any anticipated delay in shipment or processing we will attempt to notify you by email, text or telephone (depending on the information you've provided us and your preference).
Rates and Delivery Estimates:
. Due the varied nature of items, weights, sizes and choices; we aren't able to post flat rates for shipping. Shipping charges for each order are calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases we may not know the shipping rate and will have to quote it to you separately. Some items are required by the shipping carrier to only be shipped 2nd Day or Priority; in these cases we will quote you the appropriate shipping cost for that specified service.

Our shipping rates on Firearms do not include any local fees that may be charged by your local FFL including but not limited to transfer fees or background check costs.
Delivery delays can occur due to carrier processing, weather and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for these types of delays.
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We may limit shipment of some items due to local, state or federal laws. This includes limited availability of items shipped to CA, NJ, MD, VA and HI. If you have questions please email us before purchase at Fenix Firearms. Failure to verify state eligibility prior to shipping could cause you to incur substantial restocking fees (see returns below).

Shipment confirmation:
We will provide you a shipment confirmation and tracking number(s) (when applicable) by email within 24 hours of shipping your product. Please check your junk mail to make sure you receive the email.

Lost/Damages
​
Fenix Firearms is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received an order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier directly. If an item is lost during shipment, please file a claim with the shipment carrier directly.

If a Firearm shipment is lost; please notify us immediately and we will file a notification as required by law with the BATF. We will also contact the carrier and you may file a claim with the carrier at that time.
We strongly recommend you purchase adequate shipping insurance if lost or damaged items is a concern for your shipment. Fenix Firearms is NOT liable for items lost in shipping or damaged by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY
​
We want you to be happy with any purchase from Fenix Firearms. We do our best to represent our items accurately, specifically and offer high definition photos. This should eliminate any ambiguity and minimize any need to return an item. In case of a n issue, below is our return policy. Any items of concern MUST be left with the transferring dealer. If you take possession of the item, that will represent conclusion of the transaction and we will not consider any return

New Firearms
​
New firearms and firearms accessories are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. Any product issues, failure or inconsistency should be reported directly the manufacturer. We will not accept returns on any new firearms unless there is an issue of item misrepresentation or accuracy. This should be mitigated before purchase with examination of the high definition photos, detailed descriptions and/or contact with us directly.

Used Firearms
​
Our used firearms have undergone minimal use (often videotaped for our gear reviews) and are in like new condition. Many will still carry a manufacturers warranty, some will not. Fenix Firearms will do it's best to accurately represent the used equipment including description, summary of usage (if known) and high definition photos. Any questions on condition, features or usability must be directed to us before purchase. We do not offer any warranty or guarantee of firearms or firearms equipment sold as "used" or "like new". We do not offer any returns based on condition, perceived features or accuracy of firearms. We do offer you 7 calendar days to inspect the item and contact us directly if you have any concerns.

Restocking Fees
​
Firearms sales are regulated and carry extra sales burdens due to documentation requirements. YOU are responsible for verifying local, state and federal regulations that may apply to your personal situation AND geographic location. Failure to take delivery due to a regulatory restriction will incur a 30% percent restocking fee and return shipping costs.

We will charge a 30% percent restocking fee and return shipping costs if after shipping an item the transaction does not conclude for any reason including but not limited to; you are not legally allowed to take possession of the item, prohibition of your possession due to local, state or federal regulations, failure of your NICS background, you are a prohibited person or you change your mind.
​
We will charge a 20% percent restocking fee if after processing your purchase but before shipping you cancel the order for any reason including but not limited to; changing your mind, regulatory prohibition, failure to conclude the financial transaction or clarity of item description/features/operation.
